Order Processing & Shipping Time

Every order is made to order once it's placed. Because of this, please allow our standard timeframe of 5-7 business days to ship from the date of purchase.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States and to the following international destinations: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are estimated at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.Local Meetup (Bonaire, GA Area)
If you're within 10 miles of Bonaire, GA, you can select the Local Meetup option at checkout for a flat $3 fee instead of shipping. Once your order is ready — usually within 5-7 business days — we'll message you directly to arrange a time and place to meet.
