Refund policy
Returns
We want you and your girl dad to love your matching set. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, reach out via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return is accepted and send you instructions on where to send the package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from it.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can evaluate and make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page if you need to cancel.
